Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I order?
We request at least 5 business days’ notice, and orders must be confirmed at least 72 hours before your event. Shorter notice? We’ll accommodate where we can — call us. For large events (50+ guests), please reach out at least one week ahead so we can ensure availability.
Is delivery available?
Yes — we offer drop-off delivery to locations on the WSU campus for qualifying orders. Select “Drop-off” in the order builder and our team will confirm the details when we call you. For off-campus events, pickup is the standard option from our Student Center location.
Can I pay with Warrior Dollars?
Yes! We accept Warrior Dollars, OneCard Dollars, and credit/debit cards for catering orders. Meal plan swipes are not accepted.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We offer several vegetarian options and can provide ingredient information for allergies. Please mention any dietary needs in the special requests field of your order.
How many trays do I need?
Each tray serves approximately 30 guests. The order builder will suggest quantities based on your headcount. Our team will also help finalize counts when we confirm your order.
