Job Applications

If you submit a job application through our website, you certify that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to verify any information provided and to reject applications that contain false or misleading information.

Catering and Orders

Catering requests and orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. Prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By opting in to SMS from PANDA Express - Wayne State University, you agree to receive automated text messages at the mobile number you provide, for the specific program you opted in to. Each program runs on its own dedicated number — see the full breakdown on our Text Message Program page. Order updates are sent from (313) 513-2759 and are limited to two messages per order: a confirmation and a ready-for-pickup notice. Depending on your relationship with us, you may receive:

• Order notifications from (313) 513-2759: an order confirmation and a pickup-ready alert, at most two messages per order. You opt in by checking the SMS box when you place an order.
• Employee alerts from (313) 513-3097: shift and scheduling notices and food-safety or operational alerts, sent to our own staff. Employees opt in themselves on our public form at pandawsu.com/sms/staff, and consent is never a condition of employment or of any shift.
• Hiring messages from (313) 513-2443: interview invitations, scheduling links, and application status updates. You opt in by providing your mobile number and consenting on our job application form.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of employment. Message frequency varies by program and is typically low. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all major US carriers.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
